Jenny Chan came from Hong Kong. After she obtained her grade 8 piano and grade 8 theory exam certificate (ABRSM), she started teaching young kids in a piano studio in HK. She studied Piano Performance in HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education, where she obtained her Diploma. A few years later, she relocated to New York City, USA and completed her Bachelors in Music (Aaron Copland School of Music, Queens College), Masters of Arts (Hunter College) and attained Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).


While living in New York, she was an official pianist at JP Orchestra, and worked as a piano teacher and professional accompianist. She has held numerous student piano recitals and helped students with their piano exams, such as ABRSM, Trinity College London and NYSSMA, theory exam, piano competitions and piano auditions for High School entrance exam. In 2016, she moved to Kristiansand, Norway and completed her Masters in Music at University of Agder. While teaching, she also performs as a soloist ond accompanist in different places such as Hong Kong, New York, Norway, Switzerland and Germany. 


Her philosophy in music education is students should enjoy music and have fun playing the piano.
